Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before selling your extra diabetic supplies (the extra diabetic supplies you are selling are referred to in these terms and conditions as the “supplies”) to DiabeticsBuyersHub.com. By shipping your supplies to DiabeticsBuyersHub.com, you signify your agreement with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, do not send or ship your supplies to DiabeticsBuyersHub.com.
- You must be at least 18 years old and the rightful owner of the supplies. You must have acquired the supplies in good faith and not with the intent to resell them. You must confirm that the supplies meet all of the requirements specified in these terms and conditions and any additional requirements established by DiabeticsBuyersHub.com and posted on the DiabeticsBuyersHub.com website. You must ensure that the supplies are on the list of approved supplies that DiabeticsBuyersHub.com has listed for purchase. You can only sell supplies that are original, factory sealed, undamaged, unopened, untampered, and have a few months until the expiration date listed on the supplies box or packaging as of the date they are received by DiabeticsBuyersHub.com. The supplies must be in the original, unmodified, unopened packaging and not relabeled, repackaged, or otherwise tampered with by any party. To your knowledge, the supplies must not be subject to any recall or other limitation on resale. You must have stored the supplies in compliance with the manufacturer’s specifications at all times. You must confirm that all supplies were manufactured in the United States.
- DiabeticsBuyersHub.com does not purchase supplies that foreign manufacturers manufacture. You cannot alter the supplies’ box, packaging, or labeling in any way if you want DiabeticsBuyersHub.com to purchase the supplies from you. If there is any information about you on the packaging or labeling, DiabeticsBuyersHub.com will not share/sell your personal information. You may redact or mark out such information before your supplies are shipped to DiabeticsBuyersHub.com. DiabeticsBuyersHub.com will inspect your supplies upon receipt and has the right to reject such products that do not meet its requirements for purchase.
- Supplies that meet all conditions established by DiabeticsBuyersHub.com will be eligible for payment. Your payment will be dispersed within 48 hours or two (2) business days of DiabeticsBuyersHub.com receiving your shipment and confirming that the supplies meet all of DiabeticsBuyersHub.com’s requirements. Shipping times vary, and while most packages are delivered within a week, some packages may take up to fourteen (14) days. You are responsible for your package during shipping, and DiabeticsBuyersHub.com is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged by the U.S. Postal Service or by a third party.
- By entering this agreement and conducting business with DiabeticsBuyersHub.com, you are waiving the right to a trial by jury and agree to only bring claims in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. DiabeticsBuyersHub.com will not have any liability to you in excess of the final value of the supplies assigned by DiabeticsBuyersHub.com at the time it inspects the supplies that you have shipped to DiabeticsBuyersHub.com. In no event will DiabeticsBuyersHub.com or its owners, directors, officers, affiliates, partners, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive, incidental or exemplary damages, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, arising out of or related to your supplies, this agreement or anything contemplated in these terms and conditions.
- You must familiarize yourself with DiabeticsBuyersHub.com’s pricing structure and guidelines before sending in your supplies. By sending products to DiabeticsBuyersHub.com, you forfeit your rights to the supplies.
- All of your rights, title, and interest in the supplies transfer to DiabeticsBuyersHub.com upon receipt of the supplies by DiabeticsBuyersHub.com. Pricing and terms may change at any time, and you will not be notified of these changes. You are required to comply fully with all of these terms and conditions every time you sell supplies to DiabeticsBuyersHub.com.
